Will anyone know what’s in the box delivered to me?
No. Your package will be delivered with discreet shipping. There will be nothing on the box advertising the products inside.

What will happen to my contact information after I order?
We do not store personal information about customers, nor do we share it with anyone or anything. While the transaction data will be retained, we destroy customer contact information after the transaction cycle is complete.
Will you be sending anything to my home after I order from you?
The only thing you will receive from us is the package you ordered. We do not send out promotional material by postal mail. You do have the option to subscribe to our digital newsletter by email, where you will receive weekly updates on sales, promo codes, contests, and more. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter whenever you want.
When will my order be shipped?
We prepare shipments during business hours right after they are ordered. If your order is placed after 1pm Monday to Friday, it will be prepared and go out the next business day.
When will my order arrive?
You can expect your package to arrive within 3 to 5 business days, though the average package tends to arrive within 3 business days.
What is STFMAW’s return policy like?
Our full return policy can be found here. In short, for hygienic reasons, we accept returns on unopened packages only. You have 30 days to get in touch with our customer service department through our contact form. If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team. We can send a replacement at no extra cost as soon as we receive the defective product back from you. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
